Save the recovery secret shown once after successful reservation. If you lose that response or secret, email alone cannot recover the reservation. No replacement secret will be issued.

For status or cancellation, also enter your saved recovery secret. Cancelling a verified reservation gives up the username and begins a seven-day wait before it can be requested again.
